(4) Insist on giving priority to the elderly. When the number of registered school-age children exceeds the planned number, kindergartens should first meet the needs of older children.
The district belongs to private kindergartens, abides by the laws and regulations of private education, and gives priority to the admission of school-age children with Shunqing household registration in accordance with the principles of open information and voluntary knowledge.
2. Enrollment objectives:
All public kindergartens under Shunqing's jurisdiction enroll children with three-year-old permanent residence (children born before August 3, 2020/kloc-0). Each private kindergarten enrolls students independently, giving priority to Shunqing school-age children. Post-registration review process

The specific requirements for enrollment of public kindergartens in the whole region are slightly different, subject to the enrollment announcement of each kindergarten.
