2. Log on to the website of China Disabled Persons' Federation in official website for link inquiry: 1. In the middle of the homepage of China Disabled Persons' Federation in official website, there is a "disabled card inquiry" (Figure 3) (Figure 4, red box). After clicking, there will be a page link of "China people * * and China disabled card inquiry service" (see Figure 5), as long as the disabled or their relatives and friends enter their names and disabled cards.
1. What do the two behind the disability certificate number mean?
1. The first two digits of the disability certificate number represent the ID card number, and the last two digits have the following meanings: the penultimate digit represents the disability category: 1 is visual disability, 2 is hearing disability, 3 is speech disability, 4 is physical disability, 5 is intellectual disability, 6 is mental disability and 7 is multiple disability.
2. The last one represents the level of disability: * * is divided into four levels, 1 is the heaviest and 4 is the lightest.
Second, the classification of mental disability
1. For those who suffer from the above mental illness and have not recovered for more than one year, the classification and operation evaluation standard for mental disability shall be applied to assess the level of mental disability;
(1) Severity (level 1): 2 points for three or more of the five scores;
(2) Moderate (Grade II): one or two of the five scores were rated as 2 points;
(3) Mild (Grade III): Two or more of the five scores are rated as 1.
3. Check the ID number of the disabled person through the website of China Disabled Persons' Federation. The specific steps are as follows:
1, open Baidu search, enter "China Disabled Persons' Federation" in the address bar, click search, and then find official website of China Disabled Persons' Federation.
2. After entering official website of China Disabled Persons' Federation, find the column of "Service" and click Enter.
3. After clicking on the service, a menu will appear, and we can see the item "Inquiring about the second-generation disabled card". Click to enter.
4. After entering the second-generation disabled card query, enter the name and ID number of the query object, and then enter the verification code to query the disabled card number.
