Disabled Persons' Federation is a social organization with full financial allocation within the national system (it has joined the public at present). As its name implies, it is the representative organization and competent work unit of the disabled. It consists of office, rights protection department, rehabilitation department, education and employment department, organization and propaganda department, and rehabilitation guidance center and labor service center.
Office: In terms of normal office duties, it is mainly responsible for the daily operation of the organ, and undertakes secretarial, confidential, archival, confidentiality, supervision, information, security, fixed assets, administrative and logistics management, etc.
Ministry of Rights Protection: It mainly involves legal aid and relief services for the disabled, and others include legal construction for the disabled, drafting laws and regulations to safeguard the rights and interests of the disabled, and so on.
Rehabilitation: It mainly involves the planning and policy of rehabilitation for the disabled, disability prevention and other related contents, as well as the management of rehabilitation service institutions for the disabled, the management of assistive devices for the disabled and the training of rehabilitation talents.
Ministry of Education and Employment: It mainly involves the work plan and policy-related contents of education, employment, social security and foster care services for the disabled. Other issues include the education of disabled students and children of disabled families, as well as vocational skills training and employment services for the disabled. Such as sign language, Braille and blind massage.
The main departments are above, and others, such as organization and personnel department, propaganda and culture department, planning and finance department, can be understood literally.
Second, the working state
The unit belongs to a small unit, which is relatively weak and has no right to speak in the same department. The functional departments with relatively real power are relatively idle and basically do not work overtime.
