When our team conducts simulation exercises, we all have the experience of assigning seven tasks to each other.

In all modes, the tasks or jobs of mall administrators are similar.

In the B2C mode, the finance department is also responsible for the review and processing of trading orders.

B2C mode starts with mall users, because users' purchases generate an order record between them and the sales department, and the corresponding orders reach the purchasing department. If the warehouse department does not have enough goods at this time, the warehouse department will generate a purchase information and submit it to the finance department for review.

Once the finance department reviews and the purchasing department completes the purchase, it will notify the sales department to deliver the goods.

It's a bit like buying goods on Taobao. Our payment will not be directly credited to the merchant's account.

Similarly, when we are doing B2C, consumers, that is, mall users, can also make return transactions.

When the transaction is successful, mall users can comment on the buyer, which will directly affect the seller's future credit.

On the contrary, the seller can also evaluate the purchase of the buyer, that is, the mall user.

In the middle of the whole transaction process, the seven departments are interrelated, and if there is a problem in the middle, it will lead to the failure of normal transactions.

Speaking of C2C business model, we can see that C2C e-commerce model is actually to provide an online trading platform for buyers and sellers, so that sellers can actively provide online auction of goods, and buyers can choose their own goods for purchase and bidding.

In this experimental simulation, I have a deeper understanding of C2C's trading process.
