Zhongyue Temple refers to Zhongyue Temple in Songshan, the holy land of Quanzhen Taoism, the mainstream of Taoism in the world. Located at the foot of Taishi Mountain at the southern foot of Songshan Mountain, Henan Province, 4 kilometers east of Dengfeng City, Henan Province. Backed by Huanggaifeng, facing Yuxia Mountain, facing the ridge in the west and Mu Zi Hill in the east, surrounded by mountains, the layout is rigorous, the scale is magnificent, and the red walls and yellow tiles are magnificent. With a total area of 1 10000 square meters, it is the highest temple in Zhongzhou, the largest and most well-preserved ancient architectural complex in wuyue, and the largest and most well-preserved ancient architectural complex in Henan. Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty resumed the original site and expanded. According to legend, Wu Zetian arrived in Zhongyue, so it was called Zhongyue Hall. Jokhang Temple, formerly known as Jianguo Temple, is located in the west section of Ziyou Road in Kaifeng City. It is a famous Buddhist temple in China. It was built in the sixth year of Tianbao in Northern Qi Dynasty (555 years) and the first year of Yanhe in Tang Dynasty (7 12 years). Tang Ruizong named it Bolshoy Sokokuji to commemorate its succession to the throne by Wang Xiang. During the Northern Song Dynasty, Suoguo Temple was highly respected by the royal family and expanded many times. It is the largest temple in Beijing and the national Buddhist activity center. Later, it was destroyed by wars and floods. Reconstruction in the 10th year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty (167 1 year). At present, there are temples and historical sites such as the Heavenly King Hall, the Ursa Major Hall, the Octagonal Glass Hall, the Tibetan Scripture Building, and the Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes Buddha. 1August, 992, Buddhist activities were resumed and buildings such as bell and drum tower were rebuilt. The layout of the whole temple is rigorous and magnificent. In 2002, it was rated as a national AAAA tourist attraction.
