According to the spirit of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Implementing the Qualification System for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Hubei Province in 20021year and the Announcement on Accreditation of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Hubei Province in 20021year, in order to do a good job in accreditation of primary and secondary school teachers in our district in 20021year, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the scope of appraisal
(a) did not reach the national statutory retirement age, domicile and residence (must hold a local residence permit and within the validity period); (two) schools within the jurisdiction of Jingzhou District apply for junior high school, primary school and kindergarten teachers. Among them, Jingzhou District School applicants are limited to 202 1 full-time college graduates and full-time graduate students.
Second, the identification object
(a) has obtained the certificate of qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers and is within the validity period; (2) Graduate students of education and normal students at public expense who meet the accreditation conditions; (3) Full-time normal education graduates who entered school 201/years ago.
Third, the identification conditions
(a) have good ideological and moral character, political quality and the basic quality and ability necessary to engage in education and teaching, and can adapt to the requirements of education and teaching.
(2) academic standards. The application for the qualification of primary and junior high school teachers shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Instructions for the Qualification of Teachers in Our Province (E.J.Z. [2012] No.4). The application for the qualification of kindergarten teachers shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice on the Application for the Qualification of Kindergarten Teachers in Our Province (E.J.Z. [2015] No.6).
(3) Putonghua requirements. To apply for the qualification of Chinese, primary school general practice and kindergarten teachers, the standard of Putonghua must reach the second-class A and above, and obtain the corresponding certificate of Putonghua level; To apply for the qualification of teachers in other disciplines, the standard of Putonghua must reach Grade II and above, and the corresponding certificate of Putonghua level must be obtained.
(four) the national teacher qualification examination certificate. 20 1 1 or full-time graduates majoring in normal education who entered the school before may apply for the corresponding teacher qualification directly with their graduation certificates and related materials; Postgraduates of master of education and public-funded normal students who participate in the examination-free certification are required to provide the Certificate of Teachers' Professional Competence for Normal Students, and the recognized types of teachers' qualifications and teaching disciplines should be the same as those in the Certificate of Teachers' Professional Competence for Normal Students. Other personnel need to take the national unified examination and obtain the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers.
(5) physical condition. Have good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases and no history of mental illness. Physical examination in the designated hospital and the conclusion of physical examination is qualified (in line with the physical examination standards for applicants for teacher qualifications in Hubei Province).
Fourth, the appraisal schedule
(1) Online declaration time
The first online registration time in spring is May 6, 7: 00-May 18 17:00 (mainly for applicants who meet the registration requirements and have obtained the certificate of teacher qualification examination and are within the validity period, full-time college graduates, etc. ). Among them, postgraduate students of education and public-funded normal students who hold the professional competence certificate of normal students began to register on May 12.

Applicants should choose the corresponding accreditation institution according to the accreditation acceptance authority and scope: to apply for accreditation of high school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and secondary vocational school practice guidance teachers, please choose Jingzhou Education Bureau as the accreditation institution; To apply for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teacher qualification accreditation, please choose Jingzhou Education Bureau as the accreditation body. (3) Sign the personal letter. Is the applicant still in the "Data Download" column of the homepage of "China Teacher Qualification Network"? Download personal books on the Notes page. The downloaded personal handbook is printed in A4 white paper. The book will be integrated into the teacher qualification application form. Please sign my name and date in block letters at the "person" and scan or take photos to upload. If you find that the uploaded personal book is in an incorrect position, unclear or incomplete signature during the preview process, please be sure to upload it again to avoid affecting the appraisal.
On-site confirmation of intransitive verbs
After the online application is completed, the applicant will carry the following materials for on-site examination and confirmation at the time and place specified by Jingzhou Education Bureau:
(1) Original second-generation ID card (within the validity period).
(2) the original academic certificate. Education information may not be submitted after electronic information comparison.
Special note: in the process of material review, applicants must submit the China Higher Education Qualification Report (online application on Xuexin.com(www. chsi. com. cn)) for the academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by the national information system (except secondary vocational school qualifications), otherwise it will not be accepted and will be regarded as unqualified academic qualifications. (four) the original "Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate" (if the electronic information is compared and meets the requirements of the "Teacher Qualification Regulations" and the "Language Law", it may not be submitted).
(five) the examination certificate or the professional ability certificate of teachers in normal universities. Electronic information comparison does not require submission.
(6) Two recent bareheaded 1 inch color white background photos (teacher qualification certificate 1, physical examination form 1). It should be consistent with the photo uploaded when applying online, and the name and ID number should be written on the back of the photo).
(seven) to apply for identification in the place where the household registration is located, submit the original of my household registration book or collective household registration certificate; To apply for recognition in the place of residence, the original valid residence permit shall be submitted; If you apply for accreditation at the school's location, submit the original student ID card or academic certificate with complete registration information (limited to fresh graduates and full-time graduate students of 202 1 full-time colleges and universities in Hubei Province).
To apply for the qualification category of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the above information should be provided, as well as the equivalent professional title certificate of assistant engineer and above or the technical level qualification certificate of intermediate and above workers.
(8) No proof of criminal record. The certificate of no crime issued by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents is provided by the management office of the provincial teacher qualification center. Persons holding household registration and residence permit in Jingzhou District shall be uniformly verified by the accreditation body. 202 1 Full-time college graduates and full-time graduate students are provided by their schools.
Seven, physical examination
After the applicant has passed the on-site confirmation, he/she will go to the physical examination center of Jingzhou Fifth People's Hospital on his/her own with the physical examination form of the District Education Bureau. The Provincial People's Hospital is the final inspection hospital, so he/she has any questions. Applicants who practise fraud or cheat teachers' qualifications in the process of applying for accreditation, once verified, will be punished for revocation or loss of teachers' qualifications in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If the teacher's qualification is cancelled, the teacher's qualification shall not be restored within 5 years from the date of revocation; Those who lose their teacher qualifications may not re-apply for teacher qualifications.
