Enqian expressway —— A Brief Introduction
According to the data of CBI Construction Network, Enqian Expressway refers to expressway from Enshi, Hubei Province to Qianjiang, Chongqing, and is the connecting line between Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway (G50) and Baomao Expressway (G65). It is divided into Enshi Prefecture of Hubei Province and Qianjiang District of Chongqing City. The total length of this project is about 128km, including 107.353km in Hubei and 20km in Chongqing. The landform is a hilly region with moderate structural erosion, with an altitude of 450- 1200m. The total length of the whole bridge is 30.554KM/85 (including 8552M/ 12 bridges, 2 14 12M/66 bridges and 590M/7 bridges), accounting for 23.1%of the total length of the line; The total length of the tunnel is 25.6 12KM/24 (including extra-long tunnel 12834M/3, long tunnel 5286M/4, medium tunnel 3703M/5 and short tunnel 3789M/ 12), accounting for12 of the total length of the line. Enqian expressway Enshi Section, Hubei Province
Hubei section starts from Ji Ye depression near the west side of Xuanen Longdong Reservoir in Enshi Prefecture, connects with Jean expressway and ends at Shimenkan at the junction of Xianfeng, Hubei and Chongqing provinces. ● In July, 2004, China Communications Second Hospital completed the pre-feasibility study of this project.
● In August 2004, Enshi Development and Reform Commission and State Transportation Bureau submitted the document to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Communications Department.
● In July 2005, the feasibility study of Enqian expressway Project was completed.
On June 27th, 2005, Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Communications Department, leaders and experts from Provincial Water Resources Department, Environmental Protection Bureau, Forestry Department and Land and Resources Department co-chaired an expert consultation meeting on Enqian expressway Project. ● 201010/0 On the morning of October 28th, at the signing and unveiling ceremony of the project investment and financing of Hubei Communications Investment Co., Ltd., Yang Tianran, Governor of Enshi, and Long Chuanhua, General Manager of Hubei Communications Investment Co., Ltd. signed the project investment agreement from Enshi, Hubei Province to Xuanen to Xianfeng (Hubei-Chongqing boundary) in expressway, Qianjiang, Chongqing.
●20 10 12 17, the groundbreaking ceremony of Qianjiang section of Qian-en Expressway was held at the base of Chongqing expressway Southeast Operation Branch in Keshan Township, Qianjiang District, marking the official start of Qianjiang section of Qian-en Expressway.
● On the morning of 20101218, the groundbreaking ceremony for Hubei Section was held in Wang Jiabao, Jiaoyuan Town, Xuanen County. Su Xiaoyun, member of the Standing Committee of Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Minister of United Front Work Department, attended the ceremony.
● 2011On March 6th, the land requisition work in expressway of Enqian officially started in Bainiba Village, Jiaoyuan Town, Xuanen County.
● On 20th11June 10, the entity investigation was completed in Enshi section of En-Qian Expressway.
