Customer service consultation record cannot be deleted.

Long press the title to delete. If you want to delete any consultation record, keep pressing this title, and the word Delete will appear. Click to delete the consultation record. Deleting the consultation record only deletes the record in your mobile phone, and the chat record can be re-viewed on the customer service platform.
