Langjiu is produced in Langjiu Distillery, Gu Lin, Sichuan, and is one of the 17 famous wines selected by China Wine Tasting. The introduction of Langjiu (collection-grade Langjiu) began at 1903, and it was produced on the Chishui River, which is known as the "Chinese Wine River" at the junction of Sichuan and Guizhou.
Langjiu, a well-known brand of China liquor with a history of 100 years, is a rising star in China Famous Wine Garden. 1979 was rated as national quality wine; 1984 in the fourth national famous wine appraisal, Langjiu was famous for its unique flavor and taste of "rich sauce flavor, mellow and clean, elegant and delicate, sweet and long", and won the title of national famous wine for the first time.
