4. Price guidance. According to the application of both parties, the organization evaluates the land transfer income and provides price guidance to both parties.

5. Contract verification. Guide both parties to sign a land transfer contract and verify it.

6. Contract supervision. Guide the implementation of the transfer contract and supervise the transfer of land use rights.

7. Dispute mediation. Assist in mediating contradictions and disputes caused by land transfer, and coordinate and safeguard the interests of both parties.

8. Document management. Do a good job in sorting, archiving and management of land transfer data.
