Prepare a long-term plan for annual tax revenue; Formulate and improve the tax collection and refund system, and supervise and inspect the tax payment and refund; Organize tax analysis and forecasting and monitoring and management of key tax sources; Organize the implementation of tax accounting, statistical accounting, tax ticket management and other related systems; To undertake the comprehensive management and application of tax data and release tax data to the outside world.

Organize the implementation of laws and regulations, departmental rules and normative documents on comprehensive tax collection and management, and formulate specific operational measures; To formulate long-term plans and comprehensive plans for tax collection and management; Organize the implementation of tax collection and management data management and application methods, comprehensive tax assessment methods, and be responsible for the quality assessment and analysis of tax collection and management elements; To undertake the promotion and application of tax registration, tax declaration, tax invoice management and tax control tools.

Responsible for the collection and management of social insurance premiums and education surcharges such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance, maintenance fees of river dikes, local education development fees, cultural undertakings construction fees, employment security funds for the disabled, sewage charges and phosphate rock price adjustment funds, and formulate specific collection measures; Explain and deal with specific business problems; Formulate and improve the management measures for fee collection and strengthen the management of fee sources; Organize charging, daily management and inspection.
