The Youth Informatics (Computer) Olympic Competition (known as the Youth Computer Programming Competition in the early days) refers to the subject competition to popularize computer education and computer application among the vast number of young people.

The National Youth Informatics Olympic Competition organized 36 competitions from 1984 to 20 19. Every year, the provincial teams are selected by the provinces. A-level, B-level and C-level players will participate in the official competition, and D-level and E-level players will participate in the summer camp held at the same time. NOI will select the top 50 players from the official players. As the national training team of China, the members of the training team will be qualified to walk in colleges and universities.
The National Youth Informatics Olympic Summer Camp is an expansion competition of NOI, which has been held since 20 19. The summer camp adopts the same competition system as the main competition, including time, place, topic and score line. Players of Class D and Class E from provincial teams participated in the summer camp, but the winners did not get the certificate, but they did have the achievement certificate issued by China Computer Federation.
