The recruitment work is carried out by combining examination and assessment in accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, open competition and merit-based recruitment".

(3) Interview

1. Determination of interview candidates: According to the results of qualified candidates who have participated in the written test of the same position, the candidates who have participated in the interview are determined in the order of high score to low score, and the proportion of job recruiters is three times.

2. The Municipal Transportation Bureau will examine the qualifications of those who intend to participate in the interview, cancel the interview qualifications for those who do not meet the interview conditions, and make up the written test from high score to low score. (4) Physical examination and evaluation

Among the candidates who passed the interview, the written test scores and interview scores accounted for 50% and 50% respectively. According to the order of the candidates' total scores from high to low and the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1: 1, those who enter the scope of physical examination (those with the same total scores will be subject to the highest interview scores) will be interviewed by the Municipal Transportation Bureau. If there are vacancies due to unqualified physical examination or assessment, candidates who pass the interview will be given a one-time replacement in the order of high score to low score.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and the physical examination time shall be notified separately. (5) Publicity
