Is the notary office networked nationwide?

The notary office is not connected to the national network yet. The notary office is established according to the Notary Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and it is not for profit. The real estate bureau and the public security bureau belong to two different systems respectively. The real estate bureau is not a law enforcement agency and has no network. It is a certification body that independently exercises notarization functions and bears civil liability according to law. At present, the notary office has not been connected to the national network.
