Anyone who uses other people's identity information to register a company shall obtain relevant evidence and report the case to the public security organ first. If the infringer's behavior causes economic losses to the defrauded person or damages the public interests, the infringer may be suspected of committing a crime and may be investigated by the public security organ according to law.
