Aiming at the fragile regional ecological environment, the ecosystem planning forms a regional ecosystem with the northern foot of Qinling Mountain, the main tributaries of Weihe River, wetlands and the southern slope of the northern platform as the backbone, and nature reserves, woodlands and large sites as the basic elements.

Construct a compound ecological green space system pattern of "ecological matrix-green corridor-green space patch" overlapping each other. Based on the urban morphological structure, the greening skeleton of "four rings, eight belts and multiple corridors" is determined.
