When the payee is a customer of another bank, he/she needs to hold the remittance application form for pre-settlement of foreign exchange for inquiry or provide detailed information, such as remittance bank, remittance number, remittance date, remittance currency and amount, RMB amount for pre-settlement of foreign exchange, name of the remitter, name of the payee, etc. If it is necessary to make a unified overseas inquiry through China Bank Shanghai Branch, an appropriate inquiry fee shall be charged according to regulations.

Tips: China Bank branches in Ningbo, Suzhou, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Ningxia, Shenzhen, Fujian, Tibet, Inner Mongolia and Chongqing have not yet started this business.
