Is Woxin mobile or Unicom?

Woxin is a demonstration application jointly launched by China Unicom Research Institute and China Unicom Hebei Branch, relying on the "New Generation Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication Network" approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Woxin has realized the two-way communication between IP network and communication network, and it is the first real information exchange tool across the Internet and communication network in the domestic market.
