Online application and evaluation
First of all, it takes about 1 hour to submit your resume and conduct online assessment in Bizhi official website.
One side:
Give about 2 minutes to prepare and make a 3-minute impromptu speech. The topic was chosen at random. My topic is: if people want to transform the world, they must first transform themselves.
Two sides:
I was lucky to pass because I didn't think I spoke well. The second topic will be informed in advance. Is to make a good presentation and PPT in advance. The topic is:
Case title: 1. Please make an analysis report on real estate/FMCG/medicine /LED industry; 2. The analysis report shall be in PPT format, with a length of 6-8 pages, and the PPT language shall be presented in Chinese; Page 1~2: Introduce the characteristics, development trend and key success factors of this industry; 3. Page 3-4: Introduce the new challenges and requirements of the development of this industry for talents and talent management; 4. Page 5~6: How should the enterprises in this industry formulate the strategy of talent acquisition and talent training to meet the changing requirements? 5. When making PPT, if you analyze and judge based on external information, please indicate the source of the information.
I chose the fast-moving consumer goods industry. It took me three hours to finish PPT and prepare. I was told that the time was ahead of schedule the next day, so I rushed there. Finally, my speech failed. Because my speech was not targeted, the questions raised by HR were very incisive. What asked me is that my speech is also applicable to other industries and has no characteristics.
I think HR is right. Try to be perfect when dealing with things, in order to show your best self. I sincerely wish everyone can find their favorite jobs as they wish!
