Entrusted by the Ministry of Education, it is responsible for the technical, transactional, online inquiry and certification services for electronic registration and filing of higher education qualifications, and is the only authoritative institution authorized to provide information consulting services for higher education qualifications in China.
The center has the only higher education information database in China, and has developed a higher education information inquiry system by using the China Higher Education Student Information Network registered by the center, which provides inquiry services for all sectors of society in various electronic registration databases of higher education certificates.
