Expressway, Shen Yu, starts from Xiaoji Khan in Yuyang District, passes Jinjie Industrial Park and Dianta Town, and ends at Chenjiagoucha in Shenmu County, with a total length of 120km, four lanes in both directions and a design speed of100km/h. The expressway is an important section of the north-south vertical road network in Shaanxi Province and an important passage of the "two horizontal and two vertical" expressway network in Yulin City. It passes through the hinterland of Shen Yu Mining Area, a national energy and chemical base, and connects Shenfu, Shen Yu and Yuheng Industrial Park together, which has become an important transportation support to ensure the rapid economic development of Yulin City.

On April 9, 2007, a groundbreaking ceremony was held from Yulin, Shaanxi Province to expressway, Shenmu. Yulin-Shenmu expressway is an important passage connecting Shanxi, Shaanxi and Mongolia, one of the "three verticals, four horizontals and five radiations" in Shaanxi Province, and an important part of Yulin's "two verticals and two horizontals" expressway. It passes through the hinterland of Shen Yu mining area, an energy and chemical base in northern Shaanxi, and closely connects Shenfu mining area, Shen Yu mining area, Yuheng mining area and several industrial parks along the base, and will form industrial parks along the line.

On the morning of February 8th, 2009, Shen Yu expressway (Yulin to Shenmu expressway) with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan was officially opened to traffic. Expressway, Shen Yu is the first expressway invested and successfully operated by BOT in our province. After opening to traffic, the distance from Yulin City to Shenmu County was shortened from 2 hours to 1 hour, and the total mileage of Yulin expressway reached 668 kilometers.

On 20 10 12.8, Shenmudian (tower) section of Shen Yu Expressway was officially opened to traffic, which marked the completion of the first BOT expressway project in Shaanxi Province-Shen Yu expressway. According to reports, Shen Yu expressway is built in two sections, of which the main line of Yushu (forest) Shenmu section is 88.6 kilometers long and was completed and opened to traffic on February 8 last year, with a total length of 65,438. Main line length of Shenmudian (Dianta Town, Shenmu County) 19 km. Construction started in the second half of last year and was completed and opened to traffic on February 8 this year. Expressway, Shen Yu is one of the sub-skeleton trunk highways planned and constructed in Shaanxi Province. It is an important channel connecting Shaanxi, Shanxi and Mongolia provinces, and also the main trunk road of Yulin technology-intensive industrial belt and transportation of energy and high value-added products. Shen Yu Expressway starts from Xiaoji Khan in Yuyang District of Yulin City and ends at Chenjiagou Branch in Shenmu County, with a total length of 109+0 km.
