(2) Organizing recommendation and qualification examination.
After online registration, candidates should print the Selected Graduates Registration Form in time and sign it for confirmation. After being sealed by the department, it shall be submitted to the employment guidance department of colleges and universities as soon as possible. After the examination and approval of the employment guidance department of colleges and universities, it is recommended through the online registration system. Candidates who fail the college exam are invalid.
"Three Supports and One Support" college students, "Western Plan" volunteers and "Youth Project" winners should print the "Selected Graduates Registration Form" in time and sign it for confirmation. Among them, the "Selected Graduates Registration Form" for "Three Supports and One Support" college students is reviewed and signed by the party organization of the competent department of the service unit and the District People's Social Security Bureau, and then submitted to the Talent Development Department of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau; Volunteers of "Western Plan" and winners of "Youth Horse Plan" should submit "Selected Graduates Registration Form" to the School Department of the Communist Youth League Committee.
(3) Unified examination
Selected Graduates examination is divided into written examination and interview, which is organized by the Organization Department of Tianjin Municipal Committee. Candidates take the Selected Graduates exam with the admission ticket, legal identity documents and student ID cards.
(4) Physical examination and investigation
1, physical examination
The physical examination work is organized by the Organization Department of Tianjin Municipal Committee in a unified way, with reference to the civil service physical examination standards. Specific arrangements will be notified separately by the transferring unit.
Step 2 investigate
The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by each selected unit. In accordance with the principle of having both ability and political integrity, putting morality first and appointing people on their merits, various forms such as consulting files, individual talks and holding symposiums were adopted to fully understand the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, law-abiding, study and work performance, and to verify the information filled in the Selected Graduates Registration Form.
(5) Examining and approving employment and signing employment agreements.
The personnel to be employed shall be selected and determined by the transferring unit according to the prescribed procedures and standards from those who have passed the examination results, physical examination and inspection results, and shall be publicized in Selected Graduates Recruitment Network for 5 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if the problems are not reflected or the problems do not affect the employment, the employment examination and approval procedures shall be handled and the "Selected Graduates Notice" shall be issued. Each transferred-in unit signs an employment agreement with the person to be hired, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties and the liability for breach of contract.
(6) Supplement and adjustment
1, supplement
In the physical examination and follow-up links, if there is a vacancy due to the applicant's abandonment or cancellation of employment qualification, the transfer-in unit should generally fill in the candidates for the position from high score to low score.
Step 2 adjust
Those who pass the interview and are not admitted can be transferred to the vacant position of the transfer unit if their wishes are consistent with those of the employer. Adjustment work can only be carried out in the same adjustment unit.
(7) Receiving
After Selected Graduates officially graduated, the transferred unit shall go through the examination and approval procedures for the recruitment of civil servants, and do a good job in receiving them.
