(3) Those who apply for increasing the permitted driving type of large passenger cars have obtained the qualification for the permitted driving type of medium-sized passenger cars or large trucks for more than five years, and the last three consecutive scoring cycles before the application have not been fully recorded, and those who have obtained the qualification for the permitted driving type of tractors for more than two years have not been fully recorded in the last scoring cycle before the application.

Legal basis: Article 14 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License applies for a motor vehicle driving license for the first time, and you can apply for a motor vehicle driving license with the quasi-driving type of city bus, large truck, small car, small automatic car, low-speed truck, tricycle, small automatic bus for the disabled, ordinary tricycle, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycle, moped, wheeled bicycle, trolley bus and tram.
