Article 4 Overview of the College: Mianyang Flying Vocational College is a private full-time ordinary college established with the approval of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, put on record by the Ministry of Education, and incorporated into the national enrollment plan, focusing on training general aviation flight talents.
Article 5 Graduation Certificate: Students of all majors in our college have completed the courses listed in the teaching plan and passed the examination (assessment). Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 6 The leading group of college enrollment: the dean of the college is the group leader, the vice president in charge is the deputy group leader, and the heads of the college enrollment office and relevant departments are members, who are responsible for the leadership and decision-making of enrollment. The College Admissions Office is a permanent institution that organizes and implements enrollment work.
Article 7 The College shall set up an enrollment supervision team: the vice president in charge of supervision shall be the team leader, and the heads of relevant departments shall be the discipline inspectors, who shall be responsible for the overall supervision of the enrollment work of the College.
Chapter III Access Principles
Article 8 Admission principle: According to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, and according to the admission policies formulated by the admissions authorities of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the candidates who enter the archives shall be comprehensively inspected and selected.
Article 9 Admission principle for candidates with extra points or less points: Candidates who apply for our college and meet the conditions for extra points or less points stipulated by the state and provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) shall be selected according to the total score after extra points or less points.
Article 10 Admission principle: According to the principle of giving priority to the total score, the candidates within the adjustment range are sorted from high score to low score, and they are voluntarily admitted according to the first major; When the first major volunteer admission is not full, look at the second major volunteer, and so on; There is no grade difference between professional volunteers; When the candidates' professional volunteers cannot be fully satisfied, if the candidates obey the professional deployment, they will be deployed to other majors that are not full according to the principle of "from high score to low score"; If candidates do not obey the professional deployment, our college will dismiss them.
Article 11 Foreign languages: The enrollment major of our college is not limited to foreign languages, and the public foreign language after enrollment is English.
Article 12 Admission physical examination standard: The physical conditions of candidates applying for admission to our college must meet the requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Admission Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and related supplementary provisions. The requirements for each major are as follows:
1, helicopter pilot technology, fixed-wing aircraft pilot technology:
Reference registration standard:
(1) conforms to the physical examination standard of China civil aviation aircrew;
(2) Height requirements: male 165- 190cm, female160-185 cm;
(3) Weight requirement: the body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5-24, and the calculation method is: BMI = weight (KG)/ height (m) 2;
(4) The visual field and color vision are normal, the diopter of both eyes is not more than 450 degrees, and the diopter difference is not more than 250 degrees;
(5) The background conditions meet the Civil Aviation Administration's Civil Aviation Background Investigation Regulations;
(6) Good knowledge of English and mathematics;
2. Aircrew:
(1) Height reference condition:
Cabin service direction: boys 174cm- 185cm, girls163cm-174cm;
Service direction of high-speed rail: boys 170cm- 185cm, girls160cm-175cm;
Airport ground handling direction: boys 170cm and above, girls 160cm and above;
Hotel management direction: boys 165cm and above, girls 155cm and above;
(2) Other reference conditions: good image and temperament, no obvious scar, no color blindness and weak color.
3. Aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance: colorless and weak, color blind.
4. UAV application technology: colorless and weak color blindness.
5. Civil aviation safety technology management: the height of boys is 170cm or above, and the height of girls is 160cm or above. They are colorless, faint and color blind.

7. Automobile application and maintenance technology, community rehabilitation and computer application technology: physical and mental health.
Chapter IV Registration of Freshmen
Thirteenth according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, freshmen who fail to report within the time limit without the consent of the admission institution shall be regarded as giving up their admission qualifications.
Article 14 After the freshmen enter the school, the college will have a physical examination in accordance with the enrollment regulations within 3 months, and they can only register after passing the physical examination. Those who do not meet the conditions of enrollment physical examination will be dealt with by the school according to the specific circumstances. Those who practice favoritism and malpractice will be disqualified.
Chapter V Charging Standards and Policies for Rewards and Loan Assistance
Article 15 Collection
Students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the filing standards of the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau. Service fees and agency fees are charged according to the principle of students' voluntariness and non-profit.
