2. The implementation methodology of UFIDA covers seven stages: pre-sale consultation, project planning, blueprint design, system construction, handover preparation, system handover and continuous support. In the blueprint design stage, the main goal is to let customers know the functions, management ideas and application processes of the software system (confidant), and at the same time understand the customers' business and needs, distinguish between primary and secondary, and be reasonable and unreasonable (know yourself and yourself).
3. Kingdee's implementation method includes six steps: project definition, business blueprint, blueprint realization, online preparation, system online, acceptance and delivery. The main work of Kingdee's business blueprint stage is to guide customers to refer to the standard business process library, transform their own business processes into business processes that can be processed in the new system, and initially form a new system business blueprint for enterprise applications. The blueprint is realized on the basis of the second stage (business blueprint design). According to the defined business blueprint draft, the adaptability of the new system business blueprint is further verified and tested by simulating the business process in the laboratory environment. Form a customer service management framework based on the new system, and realize the harmony and unity of customer service management and software system.
