1, low-rise/multi-storey/small high-rise residential area
Because the lower floor is less than 3 floors, there is no pressure for lighting and ventilation. Whether it is a multi-storey building with 4 or 6 floors or a small high-rise building with 1 1 floor, lighting is not a big problem as long as the building spacing is appropriate. In this case, I suggest you choose the building in the middle of the community, which is quiet and comfortable and suitable for home.
2. (Super) High-rise Community
12-33 floor, called high-rise; More than 33 floors are called super high-rise buildings. Now many buildings are around 30 floors, so walking at the bottom of the building will have a sense of oppression. If you don't choose a good building, lighting will be very embarrassing. If the right building matches the right floor, lighting will be fine. Generally located in the center of the community, you can see the central landscape of the community here, and the distance between buildings is relatively large, but the price is often not cheap.
The easternmost part: the buildings in the east of the community, especially the units in the east, have good lighting in the morning, but the view is really not so good. When you open the window, you usually see the road, which is very noisy.
Farthest West: The buildings in the west of the residential area, especially the units in the west, will be exposed to the sun in the west, and it is very hot in summer.
Southmost: the location in the south seems to be very popular, and the price is high when you buy it. But you have to make sure that there is no tall building in front of your house, which is in the south. If your building is 30 stories, after delivery, a 40-story building will be built just south of your home, and there is no comfort at all.
Northernmost point:
If there are many houses in the north of the community, the ventilation is not very good. There are roads in the north, which will be affected by dust and noise.
