According to the relevant provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Servant Law, Civil Servant Employment Regulations (for Trial Implementation) and Chongqing Civil Servant Employment Implementation Measures (for Trial Implementation), the Organization Department of Chongqing Municipal Committee, Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Chongqing Civil Servant Bureau decided to organize and implement the public examination in the second half of 20 16 to recruit chief clerks and other civil servants with non-leadership positions below equivalent positions (including related matters, the announcement is as follows:
First, the recruitment target
The target of this recruitment is people who meet one of the following conditions:
(a) before the registration start date (August 20 16, 15, the same below), people who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in full-time ordinary colleges and universities;
(2) Persons who have obtained registered permanent residence in Chongqing area before the registration, and have obtained junior college education or above in national education series (including full-time, self-study exam, adult education, online education, night university, TV university and correspondence).
Second, the application conditions
(a) the applicant shall meet the following conditions at the same time
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Age 18 and under 35 (born between1980 August 15 and1998 August 15);
Those who apply for the posts of people's police (including public security people's police, forest public security people's police and judicial people's police) are under 30 years old (born between August/0/985 15 and August 1998); Those who apply for forensic positions in the public security people's police are under 35 years of age;
3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);
4. Good conduct;
5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;
6. Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the post;
7. Have other qualifications required for the proposed position (see annex 1 for details).
(2) Other requirements
1. If the recruitment position requires work experience, the applicant must have corresponding work experience. The calculation time of work experience is as of the end of August 2065438+2006.
2. The following persons shall not apply:
(1) People who have been punished for crimes; (2) Having been dismissed from public office; (three) it is found that there are serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels; (4) Servicemen; (5) On-the-job (including probation period) civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed by referring to the Civil Service Law; (6) Civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than 5 years; (seven) other circumstances in which employment is prohibited by law.
Where the applicant and the current work unit (post) have relevant restrictions such as service term agreement or service years requirements, such provisions shall prevail.
3. College students who are studying full-time in full-time colleges and universities and have not graduated cannot apply for the exam.
4. Applicants are not allowed to apply for the job in avoidance relationship.
Third, the registration procedure.

Applicants who have questions about the qualifications, degrees, qualifications and other conditions of the recruitment position can call the recruitment unit directly. See attachment 1 for details. Applicants who apply for majors with similar job requirements should submit relevant information to the recruitment agency (unit) and obtain its consent before they can register online.
(2) Online registration
Online registration is adopted this time, and there is no on-site registration. Applicants can log on to the online registration column of personnel examination in the service hall on the home page of Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network (/), or enter the registration system through the "Open Recruitment Civil Servant Registration Entrance" of Chongqing Examination Employment Information (/u/gongguyuan/index00530001). 1. Submit the application. Candidates can log on to the registration website to submit their applications from 9: 00 on August 5, 20 16 to 9: 00 on August 24, 20 16. Applicants should promise to apply in good faith when applying for the exam, and should fill in all the registration information truthfully and accurately. The recruitment agency does not examine the qualifications of the information reported online, and then conducts on-site qualification examination (physical fitness assessment and professional subject examination) for those who enter the interview before the interview. If the admission qualification is cancelled due to non-compliance and dishonesty, the consequences will be borne by the applicants themselves.
The registration information and materials submitted by applicants must be true, accurate and effective. Those who forge, alter or fraudulently use relevant documents and materials to cheat the examination qualification, and those who maliciously register and interfere with the normal registration order will be disqualified once they are found, and will be severely dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the state.
2. Photo audit and audit results query. For this online registration, the Municipal Personnel Testing Center will examine whether the electronic photos (jpg format, below 20kb) uploaded by the applicants meet the registration requirements. If the photo passes the examination, it will be deemed that the registration has passed. If the approval fails, it can be revised and re-approved before 9: 00 on August 25th, 20 16.
Applicants should log on to the registration website within 1 day after filling in the registration information, and no information can be modified after the registration information is approved.
3. Pay online. Applicants must pay online before 9: 00 on August 26th, 20 16 (the written examination fee is 50 yuan per subject).
Applicants from urban families and rural poor families who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee can go through the examination fee reduction and exemption procedures at the Municipal Personnel Testing Center.
4. Print the registration information form. Those who have completed the payment should immediately download and print the registration information form and keep it properly for on-site qualification examination.
5. Print the admission ticket. Applicants will log on to the registration website to print the admission ticket from 9: 00 on September 19, 2006 to September 24, 2006 15: 00, and they will be responsible for not printing it after the deadline.
Fourth, the exam.
The exam is divided into written test and interview.
When the ratio of recruitment indicators to the number of applicants for each position reaches the written test ratio (1: 5), the examination can be started; if it fails, the recruitment indicators will be reduced or cancelled accordingly. If the "grass-roots positions in hard and remote areas" do not reach the written test proportion, the municipal competent department of civil servants may reduce the written test proportion to 1: 3 according to the registration situation.
Because the number of applicants can't reach the written test proportion, the cancelled positions will be returned to the paid applicants by the Municipal Personnel Testing Center or adjusted to other positions that meet the requirements of the examination with their consent.
(1) Written examination
The written test is conducted in the form of closed book, including two subjects: administrative professional ability test and application, and the score of each subject is 100. The written test time is 2065438+September 24th, 2006, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

After examination, the vacancies that do not meet the requirements of the examination or are voluntarily abandoned may, with the approval of the Municipal Civil Service Bureau, be filled in from high score to low score among the qualified candidates who apply for the same position to participate in the on-site qualification examination. Only those who have passed the on-site qualification examination can enter the interview (physical fitness assessment and professional subject examination).
(3) Physical fitness assessment
Physical fitness assessment was conducted during the period from 20 16 1 1.2 to1.02, and was organized and implemented by the recruitment agency in conjunction with the competent department of civil servants. The positions that need physical fitness assessment are: public security people's police, forest public security people's police, judicial people's police, municipal traffic administrative law enforcement corps and Zhongxian traffic administrative law enforcement brigade, that is, the positions that need physical fitness assessment ratio. The physical fitness assessment is conducted in accordance with the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional) (1 1No.) and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Fitness Assessment for People's Police Employed by Chongqing Municipality (Trial) (No.8 12). After the physical fitness assessment, no physical fitness assessment will be conducted for the substitutes. Only those who pass the physical fitness assessment can enter the interview.
(4) Professional subject examination
The positions of financial audit, investment audit and computer audit under the Municipal Audit Bureau need to be examined by professional subjects, and the examination time is 201611.001.00. The examination outline of professional subjects is published in the column of "Recruitment Announcement" under the column of "Chongqing Examination Recruitment Information".
The candidates for the professional subject examination are determined according to the interview proportion, and all the participants in the professional subject examination enter the interview. The examination scores of professional subjects (100% system) account for 30% of the total interview score, and the calculation formula of the total interview score is: interview score = interview score ×70%+ professional subject examination score × 30%. The examination results of professional subjects are announced by the Municipal Audit Bureau on the next day of the examination.
(5) Interview
The interview time is 20 16, 10, 13 (the position of the municipal audit bureau is 1 12-13), which is organized by the municipal civil service bureau and implemented by the human resources and social security bureaus of all districts and counties and the municipal departments.
The interview work shall be carried out in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Civil Servant Recruitment Interview in Chongqing (Trial) (No.2009151) and other relevant regulations. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. For positions where the ratio of recruitment indicators to the number of interviewees is less than 1: 2, the interview scores of candidates should reach the average score of all interviewers in the same interview examiner group before entering the physical examination. The total score of candidates = the total score of written examination of public subjects ÷2×60%+ interview (total) score ×40%.
The recruiting unit will announce the total score and the list of candidates for medical examination to the candidates on the day of the interview. The above results and list can also be inquired in the column of "Professional Test Interview Physical Examination" under the column of "Chongqing Examination Employment Civil Servant Information" within 1 working days after the interview.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) physical examination and investigation

Physical examination shall be organized and implemented in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.25 [2005] of the People's Republic of China) and other relevant regulations. Among them, those who apply for the position of the people's police shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Special Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servants (Trial)". If the state has new regulations or adjustments on the medical examination policy, those regulations shall prevail.
(2) check. Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the recruiting unit in accordance with the Measures for the Investigation of Civil Servant Employment in Chongqing (Trial) (No.57 of Renshefa [2010]) and Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Investigation of People's Police Employment in Our City (No.2 of Yugong Jufa [201]). If there are new provisions in the inspection policy, the new provisions shall prevail.
Sixth, publicity.

Seven, employment approval and preliminary examination
Before the recruitment examination and approval, if the candidates do not meet the recruitment requirements or automatically give up the employment qualifications, the recruitment indicators will be cancelled and the vacancies will not be filled.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the examination and approval procedures for the employment of civil servants shall be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures; If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired; If there are serious problems in the report, but it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire will be decided after verification and conclusion.
The newly recruited civil servants will be issued the Notice of Civil Servant Employment by the recruiting district, county and municipal departments, with a probation period of 1 year. The probation period starts from the date when the newly hired civil servants report to the recruitment agency. Those who pass the examination after the probation period are graded and registered; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
Eight, discipline requirements
Applicants who fail to participate in on-site qualification examination, professional subject examination, physical fitness assessment, interview and physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
Open recruitment of civil servants should consciously accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments and all sectors of society.
