Students majoring in social work enter colleges and universities for internships. Suddenly I found that what I had learned was difficult to cope with the new situation, so I began to study in the intermediate supervision class in fear and trembling. Because of their busy work, they chose to practice in the project site of colleges and universities this time, and fewer students practice together. Internship is still based on social work practice. In this internship, the supervisor from Hong Kong brought a completely different style from the local supervisor. The supervisor listens to the supervisor more and gives more freedom. I am uncomfortable with the people I want to rely on. The teacher has been adjusting my counselor's problem-oriented thinking and constantly constructing my goal-oriented thinking from the perspective of resources. I personally can understand the dominant perspective. However, I still don't know much about resources. Individuals really lack self-management in their lives, and seem to be caught in the dilemma of superior perspective and resource understanding. This year's internship involves many things related to resources, breaking the pattern that everything is done by personal resources, and being forced to establish contact with all kinds of people, exposing personal problems in interpersonal relationships. Therefore, more personal growth content has been added to the series of research on narrative therapy and painting therapy. This year has been very difficult. 20 15 senior supervision class, and I am still internship in this institution. Only this year did I begin to practice as a supervisor, and I chose social workers as supervisors from this institution and became internal supervisors in this institution. At this time, the positioning of supervision is vague, and the work given by the organization is comprehensive. I want to be a front-line social worker, project supervisor and internship supervisor. I have an administrative role, but I don't have administrative rights, and I have a supervisor. At this stage, social workers are confused about the roles and division of labor of institutions, projects, supervisors, project supervisors and frontline social workers. They all want a clear system and clear job responsibilities, but they are all based on their own understanding of the work. The development of the whole organization is dynamic, and different changes will take place in 1-2 months. Employers and local governments are exploring social work and projects. As a supervisor, my understanding of supervision is also vague. How to establish a professional supervision relationship between social workers and supervisors, how to embody the mode of supervision and how to show the process of supervision are actually confused, thus becoming supervision. Over the past year, there have been more interns in our institution, and the students have brought many academic ideas from our school. The understanding of the difference between the systematic theory study born in ordinary classes and the courses we combine according to our own characteristics in supervised learning makes us question how professional we are. These two different systems are the same and different. How to switch freely between these two systems? It's still chaotic. So I started an advanced practical course for two years, hoping to study in depth on the basis of my major. The advanced practical course of adult teaching is also a tailor-made course according to the enrolled students. Although there are regular basic courses such as case study, group work, community work, etc., because the students come from practical workers such as communities and institutions and have a lot of practical experience, what is needed is the perfection of theory and the transformation of theory and practice. The lecturers are all senior teachers from Taiwan Province Province who have many years of practical experience. During my two-year internship, I set up groups such as school social workers, medical social workers and community social workers. , involving hospice care cases, and designing large-scale community activities. It seems that these can be explored in depth from my favorite direction, but they have not been systematically presented and no new projects have been derived. 20 16-20 17 the conversation between me and the Taiwan Province provincial supervisor is mostly through Zhou Zhi, with more emphasis on the part of professional reflection. At this time, the company of the supervisor made me realize the tolerance of the experienced supervisor. At this time, I had an experiential understanding of supportive supervision, but the experiential supervision I went to in the organization did not get the guidance of the supervisor and did not achieve the expected results. The conflict caused by different systems of learning continues to escalate, because there are not only undergraduates but also graduate students among interns. This is a group of people with more professional thinking. How to speak? In addition, the project-based social work practice model must have project thinking, and how to learn from project supervision has become inevitable at present. From 16, I supervised the social work demonstration project for two years, and from 17, I supervised the provincial offices and the three district projects for two years. From 17, I really began to practice my supervisory status. This refers to the supervision practice under the supervision of the supervisor and the support of the supervisor at the same level. When I encountered difficulties in the supervision process, someone lifted you from a height, watched you from a distance and accompanied you. At this time, I can fully understand the transformation of the dual roles of the supervisor and the supervised, and this transformation is very fast. We all thought and made our own answers. At this time, accompanied by the supervisor, there are several open questions, which can open our dialogue space and open a new direction. At this stage, I was gradually invited to participate in the evaluation and review. I can understand the logic of the project from the perspective of evaluation, and further understand the thinking of employers and local governments on social work projects. It seems that my mind is more open. In the process of leading students to practice, we can feel the crux of the disconnection between theory and practice in university teaching. I feel a little confused, but I still can't say clearly. I feel that I have to relive my school life to understand the students' card points, but I can't go back to the era of full-time college students. So from 20 17-20 19, the undergraduate study of social work in China Development University began. At present, at the invitation of Southwest University for Nationalities, I teach elective courses and compulsory courses during 20 18-20 19, and share my gains in practice with students. I am switching between being a student and being a teacher. Strive to combine the supervision and training system of the association with the systematic training of the school. College students learn from theory without experience to practice, and experienced students in society have different knowledge fusion points from practice to theory. How to transform quickly in the four-year college or the training of supervision system is a problem I am thinking about at present. There must be a better way for social workers to learn social work better. Under the guidance of graduate thesis of Chengdu University of Information Science and Technology, I will pay more attention to whether middle school students can grasp the current development trend of social work and the research changes in a certain field and direction. Of course, we don't just bury our heads like this. Since 13, we have participated in advanced seminars organized by civil affairs departments every year, and visited Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Xiamen and other places to learn about the development and changes of social workers in China and to constantly find the best way to train more suitable social workers. 20 16 As an outstanding social work professional in Chengdu, the government has given us funds for self-training, supported us to actively explore new ways to cultivate social work talents, and given us the opportunity to attend international conferences and learn the latest information on the development of international social work. At the Asia-Pacific Conference in Shenzhen, we saw the gap between the development of social work in China and the West, but we also saw the beginning of international dialogue. In the process of localization of western social work for many years, we strive to adapt the advanced western social work to the local needs and give full play to the functions of social work as much as possible. However, more and more local social workers are determined to establish localized social work that truly belongs to us. Based on our traditional value system, we should absorb traditional working methods and build a localized working framework. More and more typical cases of social work with China characteristics have attracted international attention. As a part of international social work, social work in China will have more right to speak, which is the direction we need to explore more and more. How to do social work with China characteristics and how to build a social work system with China characteristics. On June 20 19, social workers from universities and institutions in China were invited to participate in the East Asia Civil Society Forum. As a participant, I am particularly glad to see that there is a voice from China in the development of international social work. Although I have always been ignorant along the way, I know that I have felt dynamic changes in a rapidly changing society; I know that there are many people who are working hard like me when I grow up, and I don't lack peers; I know that social work is a practical knowledge, supervision is a more practical knowledge, establishing balance in dynamics is an art, and establishing social harmony in social development is the mission of our social workers.
