(4), responsible for investigating and dealing with counterfeit and inferior drugs, medical devices, packaging materials and other violations of relevant laws and regulations;

(3), responsible for the publicity, education, training and consultation of laws, regulations and policies on the management of drugs and medical devices;
(4), responsible for the supervision and management of special drugs in the region and the monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions and medical device adverse events;
(5), responsible for drug and medical device advertising supervision;

(1), responsible for the daily work of food safety leading institutions in this area;

(3) Organizing, coordinating and cooperating with relevant departments to draft emergency rescue plans for major accidents of food, health products and cosmetics, and organizing, coordinating and cooperating with relevant departments to carry out emergency rescue work;
