Do you know what is the cause of adolescent autism?

Many people will encounter different problems in parenting, which may make you feel headache and anxiety, such as puppy love, rebellion, weariness of learning, addiction to games, anxiety before exams and so on. Teacher Zhang, the gold medal psychological counselor of Qingxindu, takes you to know a little about parenting every day. Autism is a common mental illness among teenagers and children. It will not only endanger children's physical and mental health, but also lead to other psychological diseases of children. Excessive self-isolation will greatly affect the normal life of children.

Many parents said they didn't quite understand. What kind of autism is this?

Autism (English: Autism), also known as autism, is classified as developmental disorder caused by nervous system disorder. Autism can't be expressed by behavior or language like normal people. They often do some rigid behaviors and repeat single actions and language. The cause of autism is still unknown. Many researchers suspect that autism is controlled by genes and then triggered by environmental factors. Although the role of environmental factors is still inconclusive, researchers have found seven genomes that often appear in people with autism.

Knowing what autism is, what we need to know next is what causes autism? Then do a good job of prevention in advance!

1. The study of genetic factors shows that the comorbidity rate of identical twins is higher than that of fraternal twins. The comorbidity rate of autism in identical twins is 82%, and that in identical twins is 10%. Autistic children are affected by family heredity, and there are often the same patients at home. Autistic siblings and their parents have similar cognitive defects and specific personality characteristics, which indicates that the onset of autism has a genetic basis.

2. Children with biological factors have a history of perinatal injuries, including congenital rubella, cytomegalovirus infection, premature delivery, dystocia, birth injury and asphyxia. Autistic children have more epilepsy (10%- 15%), and most of them have abnormal EEG. The study found that the left temporal lobe angle of children increased more, suggesting that there may be lesions in the middle temporal lobe of the brain.

3. Biochemical factors: Children with autism may have increased dopamine and 5- hydroxytryptamine, increased adrenaline and norepinephrine in plasma, and abnormal neurotransmitters such as opioids, but there is no specificity; Abnormal migration of cerebellar nerve cells was found in brain tissue, and the number of Purkinje cells decreased. Another study reported that autism may be related to the limbic system, amygdala and hippocampus. Some studies also believe that autism is related to the rapid growth of the brain in the first year after birth.

In addition to genetic factors, there is another possibility that parents have not educated their children correctly. Or because there is a special genetic form in parents' personality, or both. In fact, after data comparison, parents of autistic patients often have relatively high cultural quality, but they are also relatively introverted, lacking care for their children and having no family happiness. It has nothing to do with the parenting style of parents, but the indifference and formalization of some parents with autism actually shows that parents may have slight similar obstacles.
