Psychological counselor's idea: how to change your destiny

I read a book "Mind Power" these two days, which is very popular in the field of psychology. I have a brand-new view on people's fate and life state.

The core is actually saying one thing:

Everything in the world has energy, including tangible things and intangible ideas. Each of us has a corresponding energy value, which is closely related to each of us.

(1) Intention: Energy value is the embodiment of your destiny.

Specific energy values are classified as follows. The energy value is from low to high, from 0- 1000. Each layer corresponds to a different life state. The higher the energy value, the better the living condition and the higher the realm.

The dividing line between positive emotions and negative emotions is 200, and most people are generally below 200; When the energy value reaches 200, the whole person's living condition is relatively smooth, basically a well-off level; More than 300 people are basically successful people in different fields, and the rich second generation is also 300-350 points; People who can influence the world in our history, such as Einstein, Gandhi and Jesus, have an energy value of 499; At present, more than 700 people in the world do not exceed 10, and about 100 people can change the world, which has not yet appeared.

(2) How to perceive a person's energy value: Does the energy value actually exist?

When people are dying, the energy value is very low. Below 20 degrees, there is no temperature, and people feel very cold. The energy levels from 20 to 100 are gloomy as a whole. Although it is also very negative between 100 and 175, some energy begins to appear. As we often say in consultation, there are also desires and anger. People's emotional state and life state will get better and better, including brave, safe, optimistic, happy and other positive emotional States. So many times when we see high-energy people, we will feel that they are gentle, warm and comfortable, such as a spring breeze, while some people, especially those who commit crimes or are dying and seriously depressed, often feel cold. I believe that everyone has felt this way more or less.

This book is neither idealism nor metaphysics. It involves a lot of psychological experiments and is very convincing. There are specific quizzes in it, which are simple and easy, and the embodiment of energy is also vivid and intuitive.

As a psychological counselor, I have come into contact with many types of visitors and am sensitive to everyone's state perception. I have a deep understanding of many states mentioned in this book. I will write an article to interpret them after everyone is interested.

(3) How to increase your energy value and change your destiny?

The previous content belongs to the popular science series, giving you a general concept of energy value. But I think everyone has a question when reading this book or this article: how to increase their energy value?

Let's start with a cruel fact: most people's energy values fluctuate within10 (-5,5). It seems that the energy values are far apart, but it is still difficult for everyone to break through the increase of 10. Increasing the energy value of 10 is equivalent to changing their fate.

How can we ordinary people break through, enhance energy and rewrite our destiny?

In fact, there is only one way:

Change our consciousness/thinking and insist on doing things that can increase our energy.

Then the question is coming, how to change your thinking consciousness? What can we do to increase our energy value?

The easiest way is to insist on doing something meaningful to yourself or others, something that can bring positive changes to yourself, and then stick to it.

Where to start?

The answer is actually contained in every thought and action we have right now.

Turn your negative thoughts, even a fleeting thought, and decide to do something positive for yourself at this moment, even a small thing, and start doing it.

In psychology, we will say that thoughts will affect our behavior, and of course our behavior will also affect our thinking and emotional state. The two will affect each other, and the switch to be changed in the middle is:

For example, if we hate our obesity, let's start with this meal, pay attention to a light diet, and stick to exercise from today; If we always want to learn a language/painting/piano ... then don't hesitate to find a course/sign up for a class from now on, act now and stick to it. Fill every day with such beliefs and actions.

In the book Social Psychology written by zimbardo, there is a passage that I think is particularly suitable for use here.

"If you want to form a habit, then put it into action;

If you don't want to form a habit, then avoid it;

Want to change a habit and do something else instead? -from the Greek philosopher

You will find that the truth of life is actually very simple ~

The following passage can make you act immediately instead of being bound by negative emotions and thoughts:

"If we really want to change ourselves in some important ways, we'd better not wait for inspiration or epiphany. Sometimes we really need to take action-start writing a paper, make a phone call and meet that person-even if we are reluctant to do so. Those ambitious writers, even if they think hard, still have to pick up the pen and write. "

There used to be a popular saying: think of a thousand roads at night and wake up in the morning and take one road. So we are stuck in our own circle all our lives and can't break through. Those high-energy people have actually been acting and persisting. Many people are not geniuses, they will slack off and resist, but change happens at such a moment, so force yourself to do it, even if it is a small thing, just start repeating it every day.

Starting from a little change, we find that unconsciously, our life has been sublimated, our energy has gradually increased, and our destiny has been rewritten in a subtle way ~
