Sichuan tourism

Sichuan Province is a major tourist resource province in China. Tourism resources are unique. Emei Mountain-Leshan Giant Buddha, Dujiangyan-Qingcheng Mountain, Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong and Giant Panda Habitat are well-known at home and abroad. Among ***3 1 places listed in China World Heritage List, Sichuan accounts for 5 places, which is one of the provinces with the largest number of world heritages in China. Sichuan has 4 nature reserves, 15 national key scenic spots, 22 national nature reserves, 30 national forest parks, 2 world geological parks, 1 1 national geological parks, 65,438 national key cultural relics protection units and 7 historical and cultural cities in China. Sichuan is the second largest Tibetan area in China, the largest inhabited area of Yi people and the only inhabited area of Qiang people, with unique ethnic customs, such as Lantern Festival, Flower Festival, Zhuanshan Festival, Jockey Club and Torch Festival. Sichuan cuisine, Sichuan wine and Sichuan tea are even more famous, attracting countless Chinese and foreign tourists. According to preliminary statistics, the province has more than 250 national-level tourism resources, each with its own characteristics, which has great development potential and bright development prospects.

The food culture in Sichuan is a must. Sichuan cuisine is one of the eight major cuisines in China. Wide range of materials, rich and deep flavor, characterized by spicy taste. Kung pao chicken, Mapo tofu, Deng Ying beef and chicken nuggets with peculiar flavor are the most distinctive. There are many kinds of snacks, such as Lai Tangyuan, Dandan Noodles, bean curd noodles, Song Sao noodles, steamed beef in a small cage, and egg baked cakes.
