At the same time, Hunan Bismuth Industry Group also purchased 132 mu of land in the first phase of the Development Zone and invested 800 million yuan to build the headquarters of Hunan Bismuth Industry Base. Huasheng Group also successfully delisted 346 mu of land in Wu Guang Fucheng New District with a total investment of 65.438+0.87 billion yuan to build Hunan Tobacco Logistics and Distribution Headquarters Base. Building Wuhan Central Business District-Guangzhou Fucheng New District has achieved one new investment attraction after another. With the completion and opening to traffic of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, this milestone event in the history of railway has brought infinite business opportunities for the development of cities along the railway, exchanging time for space. The location of Wuhan-Guangzhou Chenzhou Station in Chenzhou Economic Development Zone has injected new vitality into the new round of take-off of Chenzhou Development Zone. How to size up the situation, seize the opportunity, focus on the construction of "two cities", highlight the characteristics, and develop and build Fucheng New District with high standards, high quality and high efficiency.
