Online inquiry:
1. Online registration of liquidation customers: enter the online self-service channel of China Life website, click on the policy inquiry, and register by email or China Life Crane Card number.
2. Login system: After registration, log in to China Life Online Customer Service System.
3. Add insurance policy: After logging in to the system, you can find the information about the relevant insurance policies you purchased. If the policy information is incomplete, you can add related policies manually.
4. Inquiring about policy information: The policy information that can be inquired in China Life Online Customer Service System includes basic information such as the name of the insurance purchased, the insurance amount and the insured; And the tips that you are most concerned about the recently completed payment and the amount of insurance premium paid, the payment of renewal insurance premium and the collection of insurance premium; Investment link or universal customers can also query account assets and statements.
Accidental protection/accidental death and disability: during the insurance period, if the insured suffers an accidental injury while traveling and dies due to an accident within 365 days from the date of the accident, the insurance company will pay the death insurance premium according to the insured amount; If the accident causes the disability items listed in the Disability Assessment Standard for Personal Insurance attached to this insurance contract, the insurance company shall pay the disability insurance money by multiplying the compensation ratio listed in this table by the insurance amount. Health medical insurance/accidental medical treatment: During the validity period of the insurance contract, if the insured suffers from accidental injuries or diseases agreed in the main insurance contract during travel, and the necessary and reasonable treatment is carried out within 90 days from the date of the accidental injuries or diseases, the insurer will pay the insurance money for the necessary and reasonable medical expenses actually paid by the insured within 90 days according to the stipulations of this supplementary contract.
