HHSP Heart-Brain Smile Program

H-heart (heart)

H-shaped head (brain)

Smile (smile)

Production plan (plan)

This happened to me yesterday afternoon (March 20 19 15).

I was overjoyed to see this HSP. I cann't believe there's such a thing There really is such a field. Although it was inadvertently thought of by ideology, it was confirmed in network materials. It's amazing.

At present, the scientific cognition in this field, in specific practical applications, is mainly: right brain development. What we are most familiar with is the TV program Super Brain. There is no need to expand this. Everyone saw it. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you have a look. My own perception is more textured and intuitive than mine.

The deep meaning of HHSP:

Health (body)

Heart, head, heart and brain (heart, brain, heart and brain)

Storm, smile, spirit, soul (storm, smile, spirit, soul)

P- Scheme, Practice (Plan, Experience)

In hundreds of practical psychological counseling cases I have contacted, I found that 80% or even more than 90% of the cases are inner pain. It's just that at least some of it is lower than pain, or the pain hidden in itself has not been deeply observed.

During communication, most people cry. I began to analyze and ponder why people are mostly painful memories and ignore happy and beautiful times. In other words, why do people only remember pain, but not happiness?

This is particularly complicated and has something to do with the structure of the brain.

Then how to explain it in a simple way?

In the memory storage of brain, forgetting is an indispensable special function. Human sensory organs receive a lot of information. Forgetting makes people only keep important and relevant information, which reduces the pressure on brain space and has positive significance.

Everyone will definitely have questions, so why not forget the pain and forget the happiness?

This is related to people's experience, that is to say, to people's emotions. The brain selectively forgets some seemingly unimportant information. That is, information that is not memorable enough. And most of this pain is unforgettable. Even if forgotten, it is only deeply hidden or buried. Instead of real forgetting.

Most of the unforgettable pains are closely related to people's environment. Such as people, things and things. Let's make a simple analogy: lovelorn, the death of relatives, and the loss of money (the amount is relatively large). These are extremely painful.

Why do you say that? Because from the emotional level, we pay special attention to it. These things will stimulate the synapses in our brain structure one after another.

Neurons in the brain, that is, synapses, will start the whole body like gears because of the above-mentioned people and things. This memory is preserved, which is pain.

Compared with pain, happiness can stimulate fewer neurons, namely synapses. Or it is not unforgettable enough, so it will be forgotten. Because only by forgetting can the brain receive more information. Just like our commonly used mobile phone memory, USB flash drive and so on. It will be full one day. At this point, we will clean up unnecessary files to free up memory space.

Behind the pain, most of them are accompanied by emotional demands. What do you want? Frankly, I just want more. Or I don't want some people and things to leave me. Think about it, don't you? Lovelorn-I don't want my lover to leave me. The death of a loved one-I don't want my loved one to leave me. Lose money-don't want money to leave you.

So it caused pain, because all these things really happened, that is, I left myself and went against my expectations.

Compare it with an inappropriate example-men don't flick when they have tears, but they haven't reached the sad place yet. Because most of our feelings will be remembered if we care, and forgotten if we don't care. Just like our U disk space, most of what we delete is useless, and the useful ones will stay in the U disk.

That is, I can't stand it. I can't bear to delete files, this and that, but it really happened, so unhappy and uncomfortable, different from my expectations, so painful.

Physical health, mental health, physical smile, spiritual smile, seeing anyone and everything is happy, and finally the narrow definition is peace. This calm is not without emotion, but in a way that we can see and understand. Like laughing all the time. Just like buddhas and bodhisattvas in temples and immortals in Taoist temples.

Because we have an unforgettable memory of the pain of the past, even lingering. If you want to be happy, you must forget these pains. At the same time, you sometimes need to see the pain that you don't want to see again. So there will be a heart-brain storm. Such as tornadoes, tsunamis and earthquakes. Destroy the existing and remaining pain. It takes a process and time. Some people are fast, others are slow, which varies from person to person.

Being fascinated by time and learning from it complement each other. Never go to extremes.
