If the accepting institution can reply on the spot when handling the applicant's application, it will reply on the spot; If you can't reply on the spot, you should reply within 15 working days from the date of receiving the application; If it is really necessary to extend the reply period, with the consent of the person in charge of the government information disclosure organ, the extension of the reply time shall not exceed 15 working days, and the applicant shall be informed. If there are other provisions in the Regulations, those provisions shall prevail.
When providing information according to the application, the organ shall provide it according to the actual situation of the information, and shall not process, count, study, analyze or otherwise deal with the information except the contents that are not suitable for public.
(4) charging standards
According to the charging standards set by the Guangdong Provincial Price Department and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance, the fees for searching, copying and mailing generated in the process of applying for the disclosure of government information are collected, and all the fees collected are turned over to the finance and managed according to the "two lines of revenue and expenditure".
