Option A: The business scope of project cost consultation includes:
(1) Compilation and review of construction project proposal and feasibility study investment estimation and project economic evaluation report.
(2) Prepare and review the construction project budget, cooperate with design scheme comparison, optimization design and quota design, and analyze and control the project cost.
(3) the determination of the contract price of the construction project (including the compilation and review of the bill of quantities and pre-tender estimate of the bidding project and the tender offer); Signing and adjustment of contract price (including engineering change, engineering negotiation and calculation of claim cost), project payment, project settlement and compilation and audit of completion settlement report, etc.
(4) Appraisal and arbitration consultation of economic disputes over project cost.
(5) Providing engineering cost information service, etc.
Option C: The branch company shall not undertake the project cost consulting business, sign the project cost consulting contract or issue the project cost achievement document in its own name. Option D: If an engineering cost consulting enterprise undertakes engineering cost consulting business across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, it shall report to the competent construction department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government for the record within 30 days from the date of undertaking the business.
