Are there any good houses recommended near Changning University Town?

I know that there are Kaishun Mansion, Southland Family, Cambridge International, Wenxing Mansion and Changning Yuefu in the neighborhood of Changning University Town. There seems to be no new house for sale ahead. If you want to buy a house, you can go to Changning Yuefu to have a look on the spot. This house is newly developed, opposite to Yanchishan Park. The internal planning of the community is not bad, and it is still the style of Chinese quadrangles.
