At the meeting, Professor Hong Tao, the leader of the standard drafting working group, pointed out in his speech that standardization is the general trend, and the state has specially promulgated the standardization law. In the14th Five-Year Plan, professional standardization was mentioned 35 times and 40 times. We often say that third-rate enterprises should be highly aware of the importance of standardization for products, second-rate enterprises for services and first-rate enterprises for standards. Professor Hong Tao also introduced the national service industry standardization pilot project (special trade circulation project) of the Ministry of Commerce, and made suggestions on the construction of standardization demonstration pilot units in the field of barter trade. According to the national standard (GB/T 1: structure and drafting rules of standardized documents), the participants carefully reviewed the standard discussion draft of Basic Requirements for Business Process and Management of Barter Trade one by one. Everyone combines their practical experience in their respective fields and expresses their opinions. Participants reviewed and approved the Minutes of the Standard Seminar of the Drafting Group on Basic Requirements of Barter Trade Business Process and Management, and signed it.
According to the members of the standard drafting working group, the Basic Requirements for Business Process and Management of Barter Trade is applicable to the barter trade activities carried out by units and individuals related to barter demand, barter matching and barter service, as well as the management of barter trade activities. For the first time, the standard defines and regulates the focus issues of barter quota, service commission, value evaluation and barter tax.
According to the relevant requirements of China Business Federation's group standard work, the drafting working group will summarize and sort out the suggestions put forward at this meeting, further revise and improve them, form a draft for soliciting opinions on the group standard of Basic Requirements for Barter Trade Business Process and Management, and report it to the Standards Department of China Business Federation. For * * * to do a good job in standard formulation, the draft standard for comments will also be publicized in official website of China Business Federation to solicit opinions and suggestions from all walks of life.
The Barter Trade Branch of China Business Federation will play the role of formulating standards and norms, and cooperate with the drafting working group to continue to do a good job in compiling the group standard of Basic Requirements for Barter Trade Business Process and Management.
