The installation of fresh air system must be perforated. Before installation, be sure to confirm which walls in your home can be perforated. Installation holes should not be opened on walls that are dangerous to the safety of building structures, such as beams, columns and loads. If it is a new house, it is best to consult whether the property can be perforated first. ?
3. Installation of fresh air indoor main unit: The position, height and slope of indoor unit should be correct and fixed firmly.
After the indoor unit is installed in the construction site, pay attention to covering the main unit with plastic film to avoid dust and cement from entering the main unit and affecting its service life.
4. Pipeline installation: The principle of pipeline laying in fresh air system is to shorten the pipeline as much as possible, reduce branch pipelines and avoid complicated local components, so as to save materials and reduce local wind resistance.
5. Connection between the main engine and the pipeline: avoid air leakage at the joint, and take measures to prevent earthquake and reduce noise. In order to ensure the air volume, the length of the straight pipe section connecting the main engine should be above 1 m as far as possible.
6. Installation of air outlet: The distance between the air inlet and the air outlet of the fresh air system is too close, which will cause the outdoor fresh air to be exhausted before it completely reaches the room. The correct installation method is to keep the indoor and outdoor air inlets and air outlets as far away as possible, and the best distance is generally above 1 meter.
7. Installation of host controller: the wiring is firm, the panel installation position is reasonable, and the technology is beautiful.
8. Commissioning acceptance: power-on commissioning acceptance, to confirm whether the main engine is running normally, whether the pipeline is fixed with the main engine without vibration, whether the pipeline connection is sealed, and whether the air volume and noise are normal.
After the installation is completed, first ensure that the indoor test environment is qualified and the new fan runs normally for 4 hours, and then test the outdoor, indoor and fresh air outlets with Yuanda Environmental Instrument (or similar instruments of other brands) respectively.
If Yuanda clean new fan is installed, it is found that the fresh air outlet is not as clean as outdoor air 1000 times, and the indoor air is not as clean as outdoor air 1000 times. Yuanda is responsible for debugging, overhaul, replacement and return.
