Announcement 20 16 on matters related to the acceptance of public rental housing applications in four districts of Fuzhou city
According to the provisions of "Measures for the Administration of Public Rental Housing in Fuzhou" and "Implementation Opinions of Fuzhou Municipal People's Government on the Parallel Operation of Public Rental Housing and Low-rent Housing", with the consent of the municipal government, the relevant matters concerning the acceptance of applications for public rental housing in Gulou, Taijiang, Cangshan and Jinan District are hereby announced as follows:
I. Time and place of acceptance
Families who meet the application conditions and live in Gulou, Taijiang, Cangshan and Jin 'an District of Fuzhou can entrust a family member with full capacity for civil conduct as an applicant to apply at the service window of the neighborhood office (township government) where they live during the working hours starting on Tuesday, April 26th. The application will be suspended in due course according to actual needs.
Second, the application conditions
Several categories of people whose per capita annual income is less than 34,000 yuan (inclusive), the annual income of a single family is less than 5 1000 yuan (inclusive), and the total family property is less than 6 1000 yuan (inclusive) can apply for public rental housing:
(1) has urban household registration (except for rural villagers and members of rural collective economic organizations) and has been settled for 3 years on the date of application, and the per capita housing construction area of the family is below 15 square meters (inclusive).
② Ordinary full-time college graduates who have worked in the urban area of this city and paid social insurance such as pension for 4 years, or signed labor contracts with enterprises for more than 5 years and paid social insurance such as pension for 1 year. I and my family members must have no self-owned housing or rent public houses in the urban area of this city.
(3) Those who are newly registered (employed) in the city within the scope of provincial, municipal and district government organs and institutions and have become full members, I and my family members must have no own housing in this city and may not rent public housing.
In any of the following circumstances, it is not allowed to apply for public rental housing security:
(1) Family members have real estate transactions (including buying and selling, gifts, divorce analysis, etc. ) within 5 years before the date of application, and the transaction time is subject to the transaction registration time of the real estate registration agency;
(two) family members have enjoyed affordable housing, price-limited housing, fund-raising housing, housing difficulties, housing reform and other policy-oriented housing security;
(3) the applicant and his spouse have divorced, but the divorce time is less than 2 years.

1. After receiving the application form, the applicant should read it carefully and submit complete application materials in accordance with the detailed requirements in the application materials, and shall not provide false materials;
2, fill in the content must be true, comprehensive and complete, and shall not be concealed or fabricated; Fill in the handwriting must be clear and neat;
3. The applicant family members must accept and actively cooperate with the auditors to investigate and verify the relevant situation;
4, if there is a false report, defrauding the security qualification, once verified, the security qualification will be cancelled, and the relevant family members shall not apply for affordable housing in our city within 5 years.
Sixth, the way of information disclosure. Information on application acceptance and review shall be disclosed voluntarily:
1. Each street (township) is responsible for publishing the roster of applicants in a prominent position in the service window on a regular basis, and the housing security departments of each district publish it simultaneously through the website of the district-level government.
2, the streets (towns) in the public * * * places where the applicant lives, posting has been reported to the streets (towns) preliminary information of the applicant.
3. After the municipal audit, the Municipal Housing Authority will publicize the list of eligible objects to be registered through the portal of the municipal government (China Fuzhou Portal) (the publicity period is 15 days).
4. If the municipal publicity expires without objection or objection is not established, the district housing security department shall, jointly with the district civil affairs department, register the guarantee qualification, and transmit it to the municipal state-owned real estate management center through the housing management information system for inclusion in the waiting list (and simultaneously issue a written qualification registration document to the municipal state-owned real estate management department). City state-owned real estate management center will take the initiative to inform the security object to participate in the follow-up rent distribution activities.
