The vehicle management office of the traffic management department of the public security organ at the county level can handle the business of driving licenses for low-speed trucks, tricycles and motorcycles within their respective administrative areas, as well as the business of renewing, reissuing, verifying and submitting physical condition certificates for other motor vehicle driving licenses.
