Specific operation steps:
1. Bring the birth certificate of school-age children and the household registration book of school-age children and their parents issued by the public security department.
2. If you have purchased a house, you must carry the real estate license or purchase agreement or purchase receipt. If there is no real estate license, there must be a rental contract filed with the real estate bureau.
3. Take your household registration book and relevant certificates of real estate, go to the township central primary school where your household registration book is located, find the person on duty and tell you to apply for the certificate of going out to study, and affix the official seal of the central primary school and the official seal of the county education bureau (the official seal of the county education bureau for cross-county needs).
4. Bring a diploma in preschool education and children who have graduated from kindergarten.
5. Bring birth medical certificate. If not, you must go to the hospital where the child was born.
6. If the floating population holds a residence permit to apply for a residence permit, it shall submit a written registration form of the floating population's residence information, the lessor's resident ID card, the floating population's resident ID card, the rental unit certificate or the lease contract.
Local people's governments at all levels shall ensure that school-age children and adolescents are enrolled in the nearest place where they are registered. School-age children and adolescents whose parents or other legal guardians work or live in non-registered places receive compulsory education where their parents or other legal guardians work or live, and the local people's government shall provide them with equal conditions for receiving compulsory education.
