In most banks, after the real estate license is issued, the bank will take the real estate license to the real estate bureau for mortgage registration, and return the original real estate license to the lender after affixing the mortgage registration stamp in the column of "Setting Other Rights" on the inner page of the real estate license. Some banks still keep the original title certificate until the loan is repaid.
Any bank, including foreign banks, will use the original property title certificate as the mortgage certificate of real estate in the mortgage loan of real estate!
