Is Nanjing Experimental International School in Pukou District OK?

Not so good. Just look at the progress of Nanjing Experimental International School, which is really not so good. Personally, I think it's best not to go to Nanjing in some middle schools (such as those in some counties) except Heather High School, Nanwai, Jinling, No.1 Middle School and Zhonghua. Unless you are really a child with strong learning ability!
