What is a zero limit?
Zero Limit is an advanced version of Ho-O-Bono-Bono therapy in Hawaii, which is updated from group therapy to individual therapy. Simply put, the consciousness that guides people's actions can't receive all the consultation 100%, so the judgment of things comes from memory (not only the memory of individuals from birth to the present, but also the collective memory, from human generations to the present), or from inspiration (the inspiration given by higher wisdom). If you want to get inspiration, you need to remove the influence of memory and let consciousness receive inspiration from divinity (the highest wisdom). Zero limit is a method/tool for clear memory.
How to apply zero limit
The most fundamental way to use zero limit is four sentences: I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. If one of the first three sentences makes you uncomfortable and unaccustomed, you can just say I love you. The order of these four sentences is arbitrary. You can recite aloud or meditate. Meditation is recommended.
This method looks simple, but when it comes to specific application, it will always be confused. What objects/events are these four sentences aimed at, when and where? Just say these four sentences? Let's get into the details.
Zero restriction can be used at any time, at any place, for any object/event in the most basic way: say sorry, please forgive, thank you, I love you; Or use other methods, such as ice blue to relieve pain, drinking blue sun water, sticking clean stickers and so on. The following are specific derivative practices and techniques.

1. Blue sun water
Find a blue glass container with a nonmetallic cover, pour tap water into the container, and then expose the blue glass container to sunlight or incandescent lamp (do not use fluorescent lamp) for more than one hour. 4. Ask your inner child to help clean up.
Step 1: Recognize your inner child and tell him/her that I love you.
Step two: express sympathy and gratitude to the inner children who help us bear the grief.
Step 3: Ask your inner child if he/she agrees with what we do next.
Step 4: If the inner child agrees, we can hug him/her and ask him/her to help clean up.
5. Ha breathing method
1) Sit up straight in the chair.
2) Put your hands on your knees
3) Thumb and forefinger are close together.
4) Inhale and time it in your mind for 7 seconds.
5) Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
6) Exhale for 7 seconds.
7) Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
Step 4 to step 7 is a cycle, and the cycle is repeated 7 times.
6. Ice blue
Reciting "Ice Blue" and touching plants can erase painful memories.
7. Dark thoughts
1) Calling "infinity" to divine wisdom, meditation begins.
2) Imagine a "Mobius circle" and put everything in doubt on the center of the circle to meditate.
3) In the process of meditation, the mind will hover over the "Mobius Circle" and clean up everything that needs to be cleaned up.
4) The mind will always clean up the memory until it is completely cleaned up. As soon as the cleaning is over, he automatically stops hovering.

1. Any derivative method can be used, or you can create your own method according to your own inspiration. For example, the book says that cleaning up an event can write all the relevant information of the event on paper and then clean it up one by one. My favorite method is to write down the emotions caused by this incident on paper, say sorry, please forgive, thank you, I love you, erase the words on the paper, and finally tear up the paper. Anything you believe in is your cleaning tool.
2. If you want the incident to disappear, you should not only clean it up, but also learn the lessons related to this incident, otherwise similar incidents will appear again and again.
Even if you insist on using zero limit, life will get worse. At this time, don't doubt that many hidden/latent events have been triggered just by cleaning up. Just keep cleaning up.
4. What if I can't clean it all the time? It doesn't matter, just keep cleaning when you remember. We can also ask our inner children to clean up.
5. Let go of expectations and obsessions. We clean up for inner peace, live in the present and leave everything else to God. It's not that while I'm packing, I'm thinking about the purpose of packing: to become a millionaire, and then I can achieve it. This is not the law of attraction, we just clean up, calm ourselves and give everything else to the divine.
6. There is no one outside except ourselves. Everything is triggered by our memories. It's not my fault, but I am responsible.
Even if we believe in miracles, it doesn't mean that we should work hard and take medicine on time.
8. If you feel that you are obsessed with something, then silently say sorry for it, please forgive me, thank you, I love you to clean it up. Other methods can also be used.
9. How to tell whether it is memory or inspiration? The answer is that there is no way to say. The general practice is to clean it up three times. If the idea still comes up, do it.
10. Prayer can be written by yourself.
1 1. If you can get it through some efforts, it is not the result of inspiration. Inspiration is without effort, unconscious and unexpected. So we should live in the present and put down our expectations.
12. Say sorry to a person, please forgive, thank you, I love you, and I can fall asleep when the other person is asleep, so it is not easy to have an argument.
13. Everything has a spirit, so when cleaning up, it's not just your emotions, events, problems, things, land, etc. It should be cleaned up, too. When cleaning up, we should proceed from maximizing benefits.
14. If people can keep an open mind and accept the reality, they won't get sick.
15. Learn to let go and don't be persistent. Our idea of cleaning up is not to get anything, but to get something to remind us to clean up.
16. Clean up your age, now is the best state.
17. Spirituality is not an escape tool.
18. Take care of your inner child. The inner child is more like a child, and your emotions such as denial and doubt will hurt him/her. Let go of worry and anxiety, live in the present, communicate with your inner child, tell him/her your itinerary, and let him/her help you, instead of forcing you conditionally.
