Relevant Basis: According to the Measures for the Administration of Students' Enrollment in Primary and Secondary Schools formulated by the Ministry of Education: Article 13 When the information of students' enrollment changes, students' enrollment changes or students graduate (graduate or drop out), the school shall timely maintain the relevant information in the electronic student status system and store the certification materials in the students' enrollment files. The competent department of student status should update the information of student status change in time. Fourteenth students transfer or further education, transfer to the school should start the transfer procedures through the electronic student status system, and be audited by the transfer school and the competent departments of both parties. The transfer-in and transfer-out schools and the school registration departments of both parties shall complete the transfer of student registration within 10 working days respectively. Fifteenth students after the transfer formalities, the school should transfer the file out of the school, and complete it within 1 month. Sixteenth students after transfer or further education, transfer to the school should be based on the received student status files for students to continue the file.
