First, on-site collection
In order to ensure the accuracy of certificate collection and prevent other people from losing their certificates voluntarily, candidates are requested to bring their valid identity documents to office 3 12 on the third floor of the Second Hospital of Xiangtan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (No.241Xiangtan Avenue, Yuetang District, Xiangtan City) to collect certificates. In principle, no certificate may be obtained on behalf of others. Candidates who can't come to collect the certificate due to special circumstances, please bring the original and photocopy of the ID card of the candidate and the agent, as well as the personal power of attorney (attachment) signed by the holder, and go through the collection procedures. Second, the certificate is mailed.
Candidates who apply for the post can scan the QR code below through the mobile phone WeChat client from now on, pay attention to the WeChat service number of Hunan Civil Service Examination and Evaluation Center, and enter the column of "Candidate Service"-"My Certificate" according to the system prompt to apply for the post.
The business of mailing certificates is limited to the holder himself, and no one else is allowed to handle it on his behalf. Candidates fill in the relevant information through the certificate mailing system, and apply for the certificate mailing service after WeChat real-name authentication (in principle, certificates can only be signed by themselves, please fill in my contact information and address truly and accurately).
