1. Keep personal information and data of visitors confidential. When using access materials for work or research, the premise should be to ensure that visitors' civil rights such as privacy rights are not damaged.
2. Only with the consent of the visitors can the treatment or consultation process be recorded and videotaped.
3. It is not allowed to openly discuss the personal data and privacy of consultants in any non-professional research occasions. Without the technical treatment and the consent of the leaders, the information related to the privacy of the case shall not be publicly published. For example, when recording with audio-visual equipment, you need to obtain the written consent of the visitors.

1, psychological counselors should be clearly aware of the potential impact of their positions on visitors, should not use the trust or dependence of visitors for personal gain, and should not have non-consulting or improper relationships with visitors.

In the process of consultation, if visitors are found to be emotionally unstable, abnormal in behavior, prone to self-harm, suicide or injury to others, they should immediately take corresponding measures to intervene, arrange other colleagues to cooperate, and report the situation to the college where the students are located and the Student Affairs Office in time.
Seven, psychological test
1. Do not abuse psychological tests and strictly abide by the moral standards of psychological testers.
2, in the implementation of personality, intelligence, emotional and mental health and other psychological tests, should explain the test purpose, procedures and matters needing attention to the subjects.
3. After the test, feedback and objective and appropriate explanation should be given to the test results based on the reliability, validity and applicability of the measuring tools. However, extreme words should not be used in the explanation, the utility of psychological measurement tools should not be exaggerated, the diagnosis of mental illness should not be made to visitors at will, and the psychological problems of visitors should not be jumped to conclusions.
Eight. Consultation record
1. Psychological counselors should collect information in a timely and effective manner, including case records, test materials, letters, audio and video recordings, etc., and make analysis and summary as the basis for consultation.
2. The information and consultation records are professional information, which shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any unit or individual. Audio and video recording should be approved by the visitors.
