"Interim Measures for the Administration of Public Rental Housing in Zhengzhou City" Article 19 Lower-middle income families who meet the following conditions may apply for public rental housing:
(a) at least 1 family members have obtained permanent residence in this city for more than 3 years; Family members who have registered permanent residence must move in for more than 2 years;
(two) no self-owned housing or public housing without rent;
(three) the per capita monthly income of the family is less than 5 times of the minimum living standard for urban residents.
Single persons, in addition to meeting the conditions stipulated in the preceding paragraph, should be at least 28 years old when applying for public rental housing. Twentieth new employees who meet the following conditions can apply for public rental housing:
(1) Having a permanent residence in this Municipality;
(two) has signed a labor (employment) contract with the employer;
(three) the monthly salary is less than 5 times the minimum living standard for urban residents;
(4) I and my parents have no self-owned housing and have not rented public housing within the urban area of this city.
